This year’s nativity play is entitled Dear Theo – it tells the nativity story from Luke’s gospel. It mixes humour and fact with 8 Christmas carols thrown in. Come in dress-ups if you like! Our gift to you, koha optional.

Join us Friday 14th June at 5.30 pm for a night of family entertainment. Bring your takeaway dinner and we’ll provide the movie snacks – chips and popcorn. We’re watching “WALL-E”– a funny and moving story about a sweet and clever little garbage-disposal robot who helps to save the human race (and find love at the same time)! It’s a great movie to enjoy together. It would be awesome for you to join us – in the (well-heated) Anglican hall on Church Street, Amberley. See you there!

Last month, Paddy & Trusella Chrisp visited the parish at our invitation. We had heard of their plans to serve the Lord in West Africa. Rev’d Paddy and Trusella are well known to us since Paddy was temporary Priest in Charge in 2011 prior to the appointment of our present clergy team. Last month Paddy preached and Trusella explained a little about their calling to work in West Africa. God bless them and we wish them well. We hope they will be kept safe from Ebola. We will keep you posted on how they get on with their work for the Lord.
